This is a VMware workstation 12 image. If you want to run it on VMware 10, you will have to adjust the image properties. Right-click on the “Windows 7.vmx” file and select the item “open with notepad”. Next, look for the line “virtualHW.version = “12” and change the value of 12 to the number of the current version of your VMware program, in your case it is the number 10. It is recommended to install vci driver to host pc first and only then load the image.
